Earthbound Brands has secured a licensing partnership between Carnation Breakfast Essentials and Girl Scout Cookies for Thin Mints and Coconut Caramel flavored nutritional drinks.
Earthbound Brands is a full-service brand management, product development, and licensing agency.
The agency brokered the licensing deal with Carnation Breakfast Essentials on behalf of its client Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA).
“We’re excited to collaborate with Carnation Breakfast Essentials to bring to life iconic Girl Scout Cookie inspired flavors in a nutritional beverage,” said GSUSA CRO, Wendy Lou. “We worked closely with the Carnation Breakfast Essentials innovation team to bring these two beloved cookie flavors to families in a new way and look forward to seeing many families enjoy these new products.”
A division of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, GSUSA is a non-profit youth organization that teaches its members practical life skills using a wide range of programs and initiatives. These programs include outdoor sporting activities, first aid training, community service initiatives, STEM education, camping, Girl Scout Cookie sales, and more.
Girl Scout Cookies are currently produced by Little Brownie Bakers and ABC Bakers through a licensing agreement with GSUSA.

Each bottle of Carnation Breakfast Essentials Nutritional Drinks features a gluten-free recipe, 10 grams of protein, and 21 vitamins and minerals to help meet daily nutritional needs.
The Carnation Breakfast Essentials brand is owned by Nestlé Health Science, a globally-managed business unit of the Nestlé corporation.
