BKI Corp has appointed Perpetual Licensing as the exclusive licensing agency for its Yogapalooza childrens’ wellness brand.
Yogapalooza is an educational entertainment brand that focuses on yoga and music videos for children and families that feature original songs, animations and characters that are geared towards young kids.
The brand distributes its videos through its dedicated YouTube Kids channel, as well as Amazon, Roku, Happy Kids, SiriusXM and more.
“For over twenty years I have been dedicating my life to helping children and families since experiencing my own ten-year battle with stress and anxiety,” said Yogapalooza founder, Bari Koral. “In creating Yogapalooza I discovered the magic of combining my career as a singer and songwriter with the benefits of yoga, movement and mindfulness that helped me recover, was exactly what children and their adults needed to cope with challenging times and navigating their emotions.”
The appointment of Perpetual Licensing as Yogapalooza’s exclusive licensing representative is intended to aid the development of an extensive multi-category portfolio of branded consumer products.
Perpetual Licensing will be seeking new licensing partners for the Yogapalooza brand in categories such as toys, games, apparel, health, wellness, live experiences and more to provide fans with additional ways to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.

The extension to the Yogapalooza brand’s licensing program will build upon its existing partnerships with educational groups such as Kaplan, edWeb, Head Start and more.
Since its launch, Yogapalooza has developed interactive guides, books, posters, videos and self-care cards to support educational and wellness programs and curriculum for children, educators, guardians and youth-focused support workers.
The Yogapalooza brand is owned and operated by the educational entertainment company, BKI Corp.
