Spin Master has named WildBrain CPLG as the new licensing representative for its Vida the Vet, Rubik’s and Tech Deck brands.
Vida the Vet is an animated preschool franchise that follows a young girl named Vida as she helps treat the injuries and illnesses of cute woodland creatures like foxes, tigers and turtles.
“Vida the Vet is a fantastic addition to our growing slate of Spin Master brands, and we see considerable potential for this captivating preschool series across key product categories,” said WildBrain CPLG SVP, Meike de Vaere. “Spin Master has deep experience creating award-winning content and engaging stories that resonate with kids and families, and we’re excited to bring new products and experiences to fans across the globe,” added de Vaere. “With our growing capabilities in APAC and China, we’re especially looking forward to working with Spin Master to further extend their brands into these dynamic markets.”
Under the terms of the representation agreement, Wildbrain CPLG will be responsible for developing a multi-category licensing program for Vida the Vet in numerous territories across the globe.
This includes countries and regions such as the UK, Ireland, Europe, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Middle East and Africa (MENA) and the Asia-Pacific (APAC).
The licensing program for Vida the Vet will target a wide range of consumer product categories including apparel, accessories, homewares, back-to-school, gifting, party goods, food and beverages.
The program will initially launch in the UK starting in 2025 and reach additional territories beginning in 2026.
WildBrain CPLG will provide licensing representation services for Spin Master’s Rubik’s and Tech Deck toy brands in areas across Europe, MENA and APAC.
In addition to these newly signed brands, Spin Master and WildBrain CPLG have extended their existing representation partnership for the Unicorn Academy franchise to include Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), the Asia Pacific and the Middle East and Africa (MENA).
The Rubik’s representation agreement excludes the UK, France, Benelux, Switzerland, Japan, Australia and New Zealand; while the Tech Deck agreement excludes Australia and New Zealand.
