Miraculous Corp has appointed Roz Nowicki as the company’s global head of consumer products for the Miraculous franchise.
In her new position at Miraculous Corp, Nowicki will be responsible for spearheading the company’s expansion initiatives for the Miraculous IP across consumer products, gaming, promotions and live events.
“Miraculous is a rare gem that has captivated boys and girls worldwide with its action-packed stories, thrilling adventures, and an inspiring coming-of-age journey that highlights the power of self-belief—reminding us that behind every mask lies a superhero,” said Nowicki. “As the brand approaches its 10th anniversary next year, I’m honored to join the team in shaping its future. Our goal is to ensure the brand continues to flourish over the next decade, working closely with strategic partners to develop innovative products and services that seamlessly blend creativity with the brand’s origins, delivering fresh, compelling experiences for fans old and new.”

Nowicki is an experienced executive in the global licensing industry who has spent more than three decades serving in leadership roles with large-scale entertainment and fashion companies.
This includes high-profile companies such as Mattel, Peanuts Worldwide, 20th Century Fox, 4Kids Entertainment, Universal Studios, Guess and The Walt Disney Company.
“Roz brings a wealth of experience leading global licensing and merchandising strategy for some of the most successful IPs in the world,” said Miraculous Corp CEO, Andy Yeatman. “Known for her strategic thinking, product innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit in business, operations, and people management, she will be instrumental as we adapt brand strategies to connect with consumers regionally and globally as we accelerate the growth of the Miraculous universe to become the most-watched and most-loved superhero IP for the next generation.”
Prior to joining Miraculous Corp., Nowicki oversaw the expansion of global entertainment franchises including Barbie, Peanuts, The Simpsons, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Nowicki will continue serving as co-chair for Licensing International’s fundraising committee and member of the Licensing International foundation board while she works at Miraculous Corp.
She will also continue her work as a member of the board of advisors for the UK-based data management company, Fabacus.
Miraculous Corp is a recently launched joint venture between Mediawan and ZAG that oversees all creative endeavors and commercial ventures to expand the Miraculous entertainment franchise around the world.
Nowicki’s appointment comes at a crucial time in the company’s expansion with the 10th anniversary of the Miraculous IP coming up in 2025.
