Specializing in Japanese fusion cuisine, Morimoto’s partnership with Williams Sonoma is offering a collection of high-quality sauces, condiments and ramen bases.
The licensed products are carefully crafted using many of the same ingredients that are used in dishes served at Chef Morimoto’s restaurants.
The licensed collection offers a wide variety of sauce options including Poke, Spicy Garlic Soy, Yakiniku, Ponzu, Tamarind Sweet Chili and Teriyaki.
Additional offerings include Sesame Ramen Dressing, Miso Ramen Broth Concentrate and Tan Tan Ramen Broth.
“I am thrilled to be partnering with Williams Sonoma, blending the authentic taste of Japanese cuisine with the simplicity of everyday cooking,” said Chef Morimoto. “Together, we’ve created the Morimoto Collection, which reflects my passion for blending accessible cuisine with the unique flavors of Japanese cooking. My hope is that these sauces and ramen bases will inspire both new and experienced cooks to discover the joy of cooking with bold, authentic flavors.”
