Licensed Right International has signed an exclusive partnership with Wildlife Madagascar to develop a consumer brand inspired by Madagascar’s ecosystem.
Through the collaborative partnership, Licensed Right International and Wildlife Madagascar have created a portfolio of assets that will be available for license across the consumer product industry.
Designed to contribute to protecting the region’s delicate ecosystem, each asset will include visual and story-driven materials inspired by rare and endangered species located in Madagascar.
The new brand will focus on securing licensing partnerships across categories such as sustainable apparel, stationary, eco-friendly home goods, artistic décor, education and gifting.
“We are honored to represent Wildlife Madagascar in developing meaningful and impactful products that inspire and educate,” said Licensed Right International CLO, Linda Castillon. “This partnership allows companies to license a visually stunning and mission-driven brand while promoting the protection of Madagascar’s incredible wildlife and habitats for generations to come.”
Wildlife Madagascar is a nonprofit organization that focuses on protecting the island’s unique wildlife and habitats through conservation efforts, community support, education and more.
A portion of the proceeds from the licensed products will be used to directly support the organization’s conservation and climate support initiatives.
“With this important work, led by the unmatched expertise of Licensed Right International’s Linda Castillon and Janet Dwoskin, we will help ensure a future for lemurs, chameleons, and the countless other species that exist nowhere else on the planet,” said Wildlife Madagascar executive director, Debra Erickson. “Madagascar’s wildlife is at a tipping point, and this initiative gives people around the world a chance to be part of the solution—transforming admiration into action,” added Erickson. “Every product inspired by Madagascar’s stunning wildlife and landscapes will help safeguard these species and the habitats they depend on.”
Representatives from the Licensed Right International agency will be showcasing the brand at Booth F101 at the upcoming Licensing Expo 2025 industry event.
