Studio 100 Media has partnered with Lotus Global Marketing to expand the licensing program for its Mia and Me brand across LATAM.
Lotus Global is a Brazilian licensing and marketing agency that specializes in representing brands from the entertainment, sports, games, arts and digital categories.
Lotus plans to develop a multi-category licensing program for the Mia and Me childrens’ entertainment franchise throughout Brazil and the LATAM region.
“We are very excited to work with Studio 100 Media on such a wonderful brand with great potential in our territory,” said Lotus Global CEO, Celso Rafael.
“Considering the excellent performance of Mia and Me on key FTA and digital platforms, we anticipate a complete licensing program in the upcoming months including key categories such as toys, apparel, back-to-school & stationery, health & beauty and F&B,” added Rafael. “With these categories in place, our mid-term plan is to aggressively develop marketing initiatives and support our licensees and retailers on their consumer promotions.”
Mia and Me is a fantasy TV series that combines live-action and CGI-animation. The show follows the adventures of a young girl who has the ability to travel to a magical world called Centopia.
The series is produced by the German media company and Studio 100 subsidiary, Made 4 Entertainment.
The Mia and Me brand already has an established presence in the European licensing industry with several licensing partnerships and a master toy line by the Simba Dickie Group.
The series recently premiered its third season on the Brazilian network TV Cultura on February 13, 2023.
