Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products and DC have revealed an extensive collection of licensed merchandise based on the upcoming superhero film Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
The collectible manufacturer McFarlane has released a licensed Shazam action figure at major retailers and the DC Shop. The toy company Spin Master has also created a licensed Shazam action figure for sale at Target, Amazon, and Walmart internationally. Funko has released a line of new Pop! figures and Pop! Keychain collectibles based on Shazam! Fury of the Gods characters.
Warner Bros. Discovery’s DC Shop has developed a range of exclusive apparel featuring graphics and logos from the film. The specialty retailer Hot Topic is releasing an exclusive apparel, collectibles, and accessories collection inspired by Shazam! Fury of the Gods on Feb. 24. The costume manufacturer Rubies has created an officially licensed Shazam Child Costume.
Trevco has released a licensed Shazam home collection that includes blankets and coordinated drinkware.
A new Hallmark Keepsake Ornament styled in the colors of the DC character’s uniform will be available beginning July 15, 2023.
Trend Setters Ltd. has released a line of home décor and collectible drinkware. The collection includes Knexagon Wood Prints, MightyPrint Wall Art prints and Morphing Mugs Heat-Sensitive Mugs. These products are available at Film Cells Ltd. Trends International has introduced a line of Shazam: Fury Of The Gods premium posters, framed prints, and wall art.
Prior to the film’s release, DC comic writers and cast members from the film have created a published anthology collection called Shazam! Fury of the Gods Special: Shazamily Matters that is scheduled for release on Feb. 28. The book will include additional contributions from the films’ director, David F. Sandberg, writer Henry Gayden, and more. Shazam! Fury of the Gods Special – Shazamily Matters will also be available on the DC UNIVERSE INFINITE digital subscription platform.
Warner Bros. Games is introducing Wizard Shazam as a new premium character in the DC Legends mobile game. During the month of March, players can participate in a special Team Siege event to earn fragments of Wizard Shazam for a chance to unlock the character. Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios will also add a new Legendary Shazam Hero to Injustice 2 Mobile this March.
In Europe, the Middle East and Africa, signed partners include Pyramid International for posters and gifting, Bandai for plush toys and Akedo Footwear for footwear. Brand In and Trevco are creating a range of licensed apparel including graphic t-shirts, sweatshirts and vests. E-Cell is also collaborating with Warner Bros. to produce a range of mobile phone accessories and Desenio will offer a selection of Shazam posters.
In Mexico, Cinemex theaters will offer fans a collectible glass with purchase of other products. Máscara de Látex and Epicland will release a line of t-shirts and sweatshirts.
In Brazil, Carrefour, Lojas Americanas, Pão de Açúcar will offer a Shazam! Fury of Gods chocolate egg for Easter. FanLAB will feature customizable t-shirts in the region. Jandaia has developed licensed notebooks for the region. In addition, Brazil’s official DC Store will offer home decor and apparel products for sale.
In Thailand, a line of cushions, blankets and travel pillows from Ocean Toys will be available in March. In the Philippines, Goldwing has created a line of t-shirts showcasing Shazam characters and in India The Souled Store is creating a line of branded t-shirts.
In Australia, Zing Pop Culture’s has created an exclusive Shazam! Fury of the Gods collection that features a backpack, apparel, wallet, collectible pins and more.
