The A.1. sauce brand has launched a licensing collaboration with Epicurean Butter for the production of a new dairy product called A.1. Steakhouse Butter.
Founded in 2004 by Chef John Hubschman and his wife Janey Hubschaman, Epicurean Butter is a family-owned business that utilizes John’s 20 years of experience as an executive chef to develop high-quality flavored butters.
This includes flavor offerings such as blueberry, cranberry orange, cocoa coconut, caramel sea salt, roasted garlic herb, black truffle, pumpkin spice and more.
Infused with fresh herbs and A.1. Steak Sauce, the new A.1. Steakhouse Butter product is designed to offer home cooks a way to incorporate A.1’s traditional Steak Sauce flavor into a time-saving ingredient for cooked recipes and meal toppings.
The A.1. Steakhouse Butter collaboration with the Epicurean Butter company marks the A.1 brand’s first category submission outside of sauce bottles in more than five years.
“From sauces to butter, we know our fans are constantly seeking new ways to recreate the steakhouse experience at home,” said A.1. brand manager, Holland Robinson. “An iconic accompaniment to red meat since 1824, A.1. knows steak.
“By blending time-honored tradition with modern culinary trends, the new Steakhouse Butter is the perfect partner to the grill, delivering a bold, buttery and savory complement to any meal.”
A.1. Steakhouse Butter will officially debut at the New York City Food and Wine Festival Steak & Whiskey event on October 19, 2024.
The collaborative partnership between Epicurean Butter and the A.1. brand was brokered by Brand Central as Kraft Heinz exclusive licensing representative.
