The Arcos cutlery brand has partnered with chef José Andrés to introduce a co-branded knife set called the José Andrés by Arcos collection.
The collaborative collection includes five professional-grade kitchen knives that can be used by both culinary experts and at-home cooks.
Each knife is precision-forged from Arcos’ exclusive NITRUM stainless steel, which is enriched with nitrogen for superior durability, edge retention and easy sharpening.
The full collection includes an 8″ chef’s knife, a 7″ santoku knife, an 8″ bread knife, a 6″ utility knife and a 4″ paring knife.
Released alongside the core product series, the company has developed a José Andrés by Arcos steak knife set.
Offered in three different colorways, the two-piece steak knive set is designed for effortless slicing through steak, fish and other meats.
“I’m happy to share these knives from Arcos,” said Andrés. “My team of chefs uses Arcos knives daily, at work and home—we love them for being sturdy and reliable, and they keep a sharp edge, even with all the work we do in the kitchen.”
Backed by a 10-year warranty, all of the products offered for the collaboration are crafted in Albacete, Spain and come in premium packaging.
The handles of the core José Andrés collection are crafted from European Holm Oak, a dense hardwood that carries cultural significance in Spain, where its acorns are used to nourish Iberian pigs.
“In collaboration with José Andrés, we have created a knife collection that reflects both heritage and performance,” said Arcos co-CEO, Jurgen Wolflik. “Each knife embodies the artistry of Spanish craftsmanship, ensuring precision, longevity, and an unparalleled culinary experience.”
The José Andrés by Arcos Collection officially debuted on April 1, 2025.
Founded in 1734, Arcos is a Spanish knife manufacturing company and heritage brand that blends traditional Spanish craftsmanship with modern materials and methods.
José Andrés is a celebrity chef, TV personality, author, educator and humanitarian.
He is the owner and founder of the José Andrés Group, which currently operates 40 restaurants across the globe.
In 2010, Andrés founded a non-profit organization called World Central Kitchen that is dedicated to providing meals and sustenance to people who are struggling with humanitarian, climate and community-based crises.
