Asembl has brokered a licensing deal between Perfetti Van Melle’s Chupa Chups brand and Bulla Dairy Foods for a limited-edition party pack.
Asembl is a research-driven brand extension agency that works with global brand owners to bring new licensed products and services to market. Asembl is part of the Merchantwise Group and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
“Chupa Chups and Bulla Dairy Foods will be getting the summer party started with this limited-edition party pack partnership,” said Justin Watson, Managing Director, Asembl.

The new Bulla Dairy Foods’ Chupa Chups Party Pack includes thirty icy sticks with flavors inspired by Chupa Chups lollipops. The featured flavors include strawberry, watermelon, and cola. The limited-edition Party Pack also has a holiday-themed coloring activity on the back of each pack.

Founded in 1910, Bulla Dairy Foods is a family-owned Australia-based company that manufactures dairy products using milk sourced from Australian farms. The company currently exports its products to seventeen different countries in addition to supplying products to Australian retailers.
Earlier this year, Asembl partnered Perfetti Van Melle with Bulla Dairy Foods for the first time for the release of an ice-cream cone pack inspired by the Chupa Chups brand’s strawberry and cream flavor lollipop. The Chupa Chups Strawberry & Cream cone 4-Pack is available for purchase through Independent Grocers and Woolworths stores.
Asembl also recently brokered an additional licensing deal between the two brands for a Bulla Dairy Foods’ Chupa Chups Mixed Minis 10-Pack which launched at retail in late September this year.
Perfetti Van Melle is a global confectionary company that produces and distributes candy products in more than a hundred and fifty countries worldwide. The company also operates licensing programs for its confectionary brands in key markets across the globe. Perfetti Van Melle acquired the Chupa Chups lollipop brand in 2006.
