The childrens’ education brand Lovevery has signed a sponsorship agreement with Fred Rogers Productions for pre-roll videos that will air alongside Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood.
Lovevery is an educational play company that produces books, toys, and games for young children.
The company collaborates with experts in the field of childhood cognitive development to ensure its products are tailored to the different stages of early childhood development.
Lovevery offers products through its Play Kit subscription program, its official website, and specialty toy retailers.
”We have long admired the mission of Fred Rogers Productions,” said Lovevery co-founder, Roderick Morris. “Their enthusiasm for learning and the trust they’ve built with caregivers make them an ideal fit for Lovevery’s first broadcast media sponsorship. Families who are drawn to Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood’s thoughtful programming and lessons to support social-emotional learning and practical life skills will find similar value in Lovevery’s early learning program,” Morris added. “We look forward to forging connections with this like-minded audience.”
The sponsorship agreement with Fred Rogers Productions will include custom-branded Lovevery videos that will precede episodes of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood on all PBS KIDS streaming platforms.
The streaming platforms included in the agreement are the PBS KIDS website video player, the PBS KIDS Video app, and the PBS KIDS YouTube channel. The sponsored pre-roll videos will begin airing in July 2023.
“Lovevery’s work to create thoughtfully crafted, developmental experiences and products for
children and families aligns with both the learning goals of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood and our mission,” said Fred Rogers Productions CEO, Paul Siefken. “We are thrilled to collaborate with an organization that puts equal emphasis on learning and growth.”
The Lovevery pre-roll videos are designed to highlight the common goals between the two brands such as promoting early learning, family support initiatives, and education through play.
Founded in 1971, Fred Rogers Productions is a non-profit organization that promotes education through TV series, games, digital offerings, community engagement activities, and more.
The company’s Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood property is an animated preschool TV series that is designed to teach kids emotional intelligence, kindness, and respect.
