The Joester Loria Group has appointed Penguin Ventures as its local sub-agent for the World of Eric Carle in the UK, Ireland, and Eire.
The Joester Loria Group (JLG) is a full-service licensing and brand management agency. The agency is responsible for the global licensing rights to the World of Eric Carle brand.
The World of Eric Carle is a childrens’ book franchise that features illustrated stories and characters such as The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Very Busy Spider, How Does a Tadpole Grow, and many more.
As the franchises’ local sub-agent, Penguin Ventures will be responsible for managing the licensing and consumer products programs for the World of Eric Carle, effective immediately.

Penguin Ventures is the licensing and consumer products division of the publishing company Penguin Random House Children’s UK.
Prior to the appointment of Penguin Ventures, the World of Eric Carle was represented in the UK, Ireland, and Eire by Rocket Licensing. Rocket served as the brand’s sub-agent for 11 years and contributed to the growth of its licensing program in categories such as apparel, experiential, food & beverage, toys, games, and more.
