Miraculous characters Ladybug and Cat Noir will be getting a taste of the limelight, as partner Monlove announces plans for a live stage performance.
Miraculous Corp., the joint venture between partner studios Mediawan and ZAG, says it has signed a deal with entertainment producer Monlove for the ‘Miraculous Live Stage Spectacular’. Featuring superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir, the touring theatrical performance is set to premiere in 2027.
The production is being developed jointly by Miraculous Corp. and the Montreal-based Monlove, but will also include the agency Wasserman Music for representation, and Mediawan as a key partner.
According to the companies, the show is intended as a large-scale touring theatrical experience designed for family audiences.
“Miraculous has always been about more than superheroes; it’s about the courage to be yourself and the hero you choose to be every day,” said Roz Nowicki, Global Head of Consumer Products at Miraculous Corp. “With this Miraculous Live Stage Spectacular, we’re bringing that spirit to the stage in a bold new way. Partnering with Monlove allows us to honor the heart of the franchise while reimagining it as a world-class live experience that will connect with families and fans across generations and around the globe.”
The show was created for the stage by Ella Louise Allaire and Martin Lord Ferguson, the creative duo behind family-focused live productions including Ice Age Live! A Mammoth Adventure; Scooby-Doo! and The Lost City of Gold; and All Systems Are Go! A NASA / Peanuts Experience.
The Miraculous Live Stage Spectacular will feature an all-new original story and songs. The production is described as blending stage-to-video interaction with acrobatics, aerial choreography, illusion, dance, and puppetry, as Ladybug and Cat Noir confront an all-new threat. Miraculous Corp will collaborate across the creative and production strategy for the tour.

Monlove founder and artistic director Ella Louise Allaire said the franchise’s characters were a key draw for her as a creator.
“I was drawn to Miraculous because of Marinette,” Allaire said. “She’s bright, athletic, and creative; a teenage girl portrayed as a true superhero.
“We need more heroes like Ladybug and Cat Noir for families and for this generation of boys and girls,” Allaire added. “Our goal is to honor these extraordinary characters and celebrate the world created by Jeremy Zag, Thomas Astruc, and Nathanaël Bronn.”
Martin Lord Ferguson, Head of Creation at Monlove, positioned the show as a premium live experience rather than a traditional children’s production.
“This isn’t a typical kids’ show,” he said. “It’s a premium spectacle for family audiences that fuses stagecraft and technology to deliver moments you can’t get on a screen.
“It’s crafted like a pop concert, paced like an action film, and grounded in a fairytale, where courage is contagious.”
The Miraculous franchise, which debuted in 2015, has grown into a global entertainment and licensing property, distributed in more than 150 countries. The brand has amassed more than 53 million followers across social media platforms and over 50 billion views on YouTube, and currently counts more than 300 licensing partners worldwide.
The Miraculous Live Stage Spectacular world tour is scheduled to launch in early 2027. Cities, venues, and ticket on-sale dates are expected to be announced in 2026.
