The ‘Queen of Cakes’ has whipped up a line of new baking products in a licensing collaboration with bakery cafe Paris Baguette and coffee giant Lavazza.
Yolanda Gampp (pictured above) is also known as a judge of FOX TV’s Crime Scene Kitchen and is the co-founder of How To Cake It, a popular baking education brand. She worked with the expert chefs from Paris Baguette to create a limited-time menu of baked and brewed goods available now at Paris Baguette locations nationwide.
Paris Baguette is a bakery chain that’s growing at lightning speed in the US, with the company projecting it will open 1,000 bakery cafés in the United States by 2030. The company’s central mission is to reestablish the neighborhood bakery café as the heart of the community.
The bakery also works with its long-time partners and supplier Lavazza, an Italian producer that has become one of the world’s top coffee makers, particularly for high-end espresso and other specialty coffees.
