A global entertainment company and a leader in immersive storytelling, Falcon’s Beyond Global, Inc. (FBYD), is launching a massive hiring campaign for its Falcon’s Creative Group division.
The company aims to double its staff by adding nearly 200 new team members who specialize in design, media, and technology. The move comes as the company experiences unprecedented growth of creative projects around the world.
Falcon’s Creative Group, based in Orlando, is one of the world’s top themed entertainment and master planning firms. It has planned over $100 billion in award-winning experiences that combine creative vision, compelling design, immersive media, and cutting-edge technology to bring imagination to life.
The division will announce its ambitious recruitment plan at the IAAPA Expo, the leading industry trade conference, in Orlando.
“We are seeing a strong demand for location-based entertainment (LBE) both domestically and globally, and we are growing rapidly as a public company listed on Nasdaq,” said Falcon’s Beyond CEO Cecil D. Magpuri. “We are looking for talented and passionate creatives and technology specialists to join our Falcon’s Creative Group team.

At its IAAPA booth, No. 1073, Falcon’s will showcase some of its proprietary rides and attractions technologies, which can be adapted for different types of themed entertainment projects. This includes a demo of its ON!X Theater attraction from Katmandu Park | Punta Cana, which recently won the Platinum MUSE award in the Experiential & Immersive category.
