Bulldog Licensing has promoted Rocio Fernandez from her previous position of licensing approvals coordinator to the new role of creative executive.
After only two years at Bulldog, Rocio has established a reputation in the licensing industry as a professional who has a strong understanding of the creative needs of the agency’s clients.
“Rocio has made a strong impression at Bulldog as a helpful and proactive member of staff with a strong understanding of the licensing business,” said Bulldog Licensing SCM, Sole Slater. “Having no prior industry experience, she has come so far and has become an integral part of the team. This promotion is both good for the continuing growth of Bulldog Licensing and well deserved.”
In her new position as creative executive, Fernandez will be responsible for managing a larger share of approvals in Bulldog’s licensing portfolio. This will include high-profile brands such as Care Bears, Magic Mixies and Totally Spies.
She will also be actively involved in the creative processes across the agency’s various internal marketing initiatives and brand licensing programs.
“I’ve enormously enjoyed my first two years with Bulldog and am greatly looking forward to being able to expand the skills I can offer this innovative and exciting agency in my new role,” said Fernandez.
Prior to working at Bulldog Licensing, Fernandez gained experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, sales, brand development, user experience research, media communication and more. She gained this experience through her work at a range of organizations such as MANGO, Neon Coco, HawkX, Ayuntamiento de Elche, Onda Cero Radio and more.
Her experience in higher education includes four years at UMH (Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche), where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a particular focus on the relationship between digital marketing and the broader media landscape.
