The global licensing agency IMG has secured a deal between its client Goodyear Tires and the apparel and footwear brand HUF.
Founded in 2002, HUF is an LA-based footwear and apparel manufacturer that specializes in skateboarding lifestyle products.
The new co-branded HUF x Goodyear collection is inspired by Goodyear’s long history in motorsports racing, advertising, and logo design. The collection places an emphasis on the company’s Goodyear Blimp and Goodyear Wingfoot logos.
“By taking cues from Goodyear’s rich racing heritage and iconic Blimp and Wingfoot motifs, we were able to create a modern take on motorsport heritage with bold graphics, considered design and unexpected twists,” HUF said in a statement.
The licensed collection includes a range of products such as a touring satin jacket, a circuit rayon woven top, a final lap football jersey, a touring track pant, several graphic t-shirts, and accessories.
Initially founded in 1898, Goodyear is a global tire manufacturing company that is currently present in twenty-three countries worldwide.
The HUF x Goodyear product collection is currently available for purchase on HUF’s official website, at HUF flagship stores, and at other select retailers.
