True Purpose Enterprises has launched a new brand management business called Eighty Ate for food and beverage licensing.
Eighty Ate will offer services to culinary businesses who seek to enter additional retail markets, as well as non-food brands which intend to expand into the food and beverage categories.
Formerly run within The Point.1888 as a specialist division, the newly-formed licensing agency will be led by True Purpose Enterprise’s CCO, Bethan Garton and The Point.1888 executive, Janine Richmond.
“Eighty Ate’s goal is to help its clients stay ahead of the curve by creating innovative products that will stand out on the shelves,” said Garton. “By using our unique combination of data-driven insights, creativity, and years of food industry experience, we can provide clients with effective solutions that will give them a competitive edge. Over the coming months we have several new food and beverage brands joining our family and we can’t wait to share more on those very soon.”
Garton and Richmond will be supported in their new roles at Eighty Ate by an experienced food & beverage account team, as well as marketing and retail experts from True Purpose Enterprise’s other licensing agencies. True Purpose Enterprises other brand management businesses include The Point.1888, Spotlight.1888, and Story.1888.
Eighty Ate will offer brand licensing services in a wide variety of categories such as fresh, frozen, tabletop, impulse goods, snacking, and more.
The agency will be presenting several newly signed food and drink brands at the 2023 Licensing Expo in Las Vegas.
