Markets intelligence company The Insights Family has appointed sales specialist Tom Williams as its new chief growth officer.
The Insights Family is a global market intelligence company that provides real-time data on the attitudes, behaviors, and consumption patterns of kids, parents, and families.
“I met Tom in April 2021, and have got to know him well, and am pleased that he shared my vision for the future of the business and most importantly has the experience and skills to transform our business into a global operation,” said The Insights Family founder, Nick Richardson.
“Over the last 5 years we have transitioned from a start-up to a scale-up, and now we need to evolve into a high performance, fast-growth organisation which further establishes itself as the global leader through international expansion.”
Williams is the founder of the SAAS (Software As A Service) company Scaling SAAS Sales, co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Voxpopme, and Chief Revenue Officer at e-bate Ltd.
In his new role, Williams will be responsible for The Insights Family’s new commercial expansion strategy.
The appointment of Williams marks the final stage of transforming The Insights Family’s executive team. Other recent changes to the executive team include Clive Maudsley taking the role of chief operating officer, Nick Richardson transitioning to chief strategy officer, and Rachel Bardill appointed as SVP of marketing and partnerships.
“I have been fortunate enough to get to know Nick for almost a year now and always found his passion and excitement, both inspiring and infectious,” said Williams. “Therefore, when conversations moved to joining The Insight Family journey, there was only going to be one answer. The company also recently announced the promotion of Tanya Sarakinis to SVP of business development and George Sarakinis as SVP of client growth.
