Warner Bros. new film DC League of Super Pets is getting some super books for young fans from Random House Children’s Books.
Random House Children’s Books, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC, has published four movie tie-in titles celebrating the new film, starring the DC Super-Pets and super villains featured in the film.
The books—including a full novelization of the movie, a picture book introducing each character, an early reader for children just learning to read, and a full-color activity book—are the perfect for the youngest fans of DC Super Heroes.
The collection includes the following books:
DC LEAGUE OF SUPER-PETS: THE DELUXE JUNIOR NOVELIZATION for ages 8–12, ($9.99/$13.99) is the complete retelling of DC League of Super-Pets in a deluxe hardcover format. The novel tells the story of Krypto the Super-Dog, who flies in to save the day whenever the people (and pets!) of Metropolis are in danger. The novelization features a full-color 8-page insert and a poster.
Fans can also meet each of the DC Super-Pets and the film’s evil genius villain in THE POWER OF LULU! for ages 3–6, $5.99/$7.99. This full-color storybook—complete with character cards—is designed for the youngest DC fans.
Slightly older fans of the new hit film will find the DC Super-Pets powered up for action in DC LEAGUE OF SUPER-PETS for ages 4–7 ($5.99/$7.99), a full-color Step into Reading leveled reader that’s meant for helping readers ages 4 to 7 learn to read and to enjoy the films’ story in new ways.
Step 2 readers use basic vocabulary and short sentences to tell simple stories and are intended for children who recognize familiar words and can sound out new words with help.
Finally, just in time for the DC League of Super-Pets movie, comes DC LEAGUE OF SUPER-PETS: THE OFFICIAL ACTIVITY BOOK, aimed at ages 4–7, ($7.99/$10.99). This full-color activity book is packed with puzzles, mazes, and over 50 stickers. Kids can solve mazes and puzzles, create dynamic scenes with the stickers, and more, as Krypto fetches one victory after another.
The book series is a licensed collaboration between DC, which is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery, Random House Children’s Books, and Warner Bros. Consumer Products.
