Bokksu is releasing its second snack box collaboration for the Hello Kitty and Friends brand as part of its ongoing partnership with Sanrio.
The new limited-edition Hello Kitty Okinawa Beach Party Snack Box includes premium summertime-themed Japanese snacks, exclusive limited-edition Hello Kitty merchandise, and a printed snack guide and activity book that contains an original Hello Kitty story.
“Hello Kitty has captivated the hearts of so many people around the world through the years – mine included,” said Bokksu CEO, Danny Taing. “And to now be able to contribute to that experience for Hello Kitty lovers both young and old – it’s a huge honor both personally and professionally.”
Founded by Danny Taing in 2015, Bokksu is a direct-to-consumer company that offers authentic Japanese food and lifestyle products through its snack box subscription service, curated online marketplace, and online grocery store. The company currently delivers products to over a hundred countries across the globe.
Sanrio is a Japanese entertainment company and global lifestyle brand that represents multiple character IPs such as Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll, Chococat, and more.
The ongoing licensing partnership between Bokksu and Sanrio is for the release of bimonthly limited-edition collector’s snack boxes that focus on Sanrio’s Helly Kitty and Friends brand franchise. Each snack box will be themed around a different group of licensed Sanrio characters.
The Hello Kitty and Friends Bokksu Okinawa Beach Party Snack Box was released on June 1, 2023 on the official Bokksu website.
