Brand Central Hires Molly Jacobson as Senior Vice President

Brand Central LLC announced Molly Jacobson has joined the licensing agency as senior vice president of licensing and strategy in its manufacturing representation division.

Jacobson brings more than 20 years of experience in brand partnerships, licensing and omnichannel business development to the role.

She most recently served as director of business development at Frankford Candy for over 17 years, where she oversaw the company’s licensing portfolio and negotiated partnerships with Disney, Dunkin’, Mondelez, Nintendo, Paramount, Mars and Smucker’s, among others.

At Frankford Candy, she managed multimillion-dollar licensed product programs and led cross-functional teams in licensing, marketing and e-commerce.

Her expertise spans licensing and retail strategy, contract negotiation, product development and digital commerce, with a focus on creating consumer-focused, trend-driven partnerships.

At Brand Central, Jacobson will work with Liza Abrams on licensing and strategic growth initiatives, focusing on expanding manufacturer representation and strengthening partnerships across brands, categories and retail channels.

“Working with Molly for over 20 years, I have personally witnessed Molly’s leadership and strategic vision in action and I am confident she will be an exceptional addition to our executive team,” said Ross Misher, CEO of Brand Central. “As our manufacturing representation has grown significantly over the past several years, adding Molly to the team positions us to take that momentum to the next level.”

Misher added that Jacobson’s track record aligns with the company’s goals.

“Her ability to build high-impact partnerships and scale licensed programs across categories and channels aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver long-term value for both brand owners and manufacturing partners,” Misher said.

The hire comes as Brand Central continues to expand its manufacturing representation division, which has experienced significant growth in recent years.

Brand Central LLC is a Los Angeles-based brand consultancy and licensing agency with seven offices nationwide. The company provides brand extensions, manufacturer representation and creative services.
