Robosen Robotics, in partnership with Hasbro, has unveiled its latest high-tech collectible: the G1 Flagship Bumblebee.
The world’s first auto-converting Volkswagen Bug Transformer joins the company’s growing lineup of robotic Autobots. The new Robosen robot brings Transformers fans a next-level interactive experience with advanced mechanics, voice control, and an impressively accurate design.
The new Bumblebee model, which transforms from a vehicle to a fully articulate robot with a simple voice command or app control, is now available for pre-order at Robosen.com and HasbroPulse.com. For the first 30 days, the collectible is priced at $949 before shifting to its standard retail price of $1,299.
After more than three years of research and development, Robosen has engineered an intricate replica of the classic Volkswagen Bug, complete with a new rear servo-motor designed for enhanced driving performance. Once transformed, the robot stands 17 inches tall, powered by 32 servo motors and 90 microchips, giving it precise movement and lifelike agility. Fans can also enjoy over 200 pre-programmed voice lines from original 1984 Bumblebee voice actor Dan Gilvezan.
Robosen’s latest creation joins Optimus Prime and Grimlock in the company’s expanding line of TRANSFORMERS collectibles, which feature programmable movements and interactive storytelling through the brand’s Mini-Theater app.

Bumblebee is sure to entertain and become an amazing addition to our fans’ collections.”
Marianne James, Senior Vice President of Global Licensing at Hasbro, also praised the new release, which really does bring the Bumblebee character to life in your living room.
“With unwavering courage, loyalty, and an extraordinary ability to connect with humans and Autobots alike, Bumblebee reminds us that true strength comes from the bonds we create,” said James. “This highly advanced, interactive robot brings Bumblebee’s dynamic personality to life in a whole new way.”
Robosen has been making strides in the consumer robotics space, fusing nostalgic characters with cutting-edge technology. With the TRANSFORMERS “Activate Your Alt-Mode” campaign in full swing, the company is celebrating one of the most popular Autobots in style.
