Cloudco Entertainment has launched three global partnerships for Care Bears plush toys with the Simba Dickie Group, Dan Dee International and Grupo Ruz.
The new licensing partners are set to bring a wide range of Care Bears-inspired plush and toy products to customers across the European Union, North America and Mexico.
“We are thrilled to bring aboard Simba Dickie Group, Dan Dee International, and Ruz, all of which will help expand the global reach of the Care Bears by bringing joy to fans through their high-quality Care Bear products,” said Cloudco Entertainment head, Robert Prinzo. “Together, alongside all of our other global partners, we look forward to creating new and exciting ways for fans to connect with their favorite Care Bears characters.”
The Simba Dickie Group has been selected to manufacture a wide variety of Care Bears plush and additional toy products for distribution throughout the EU.
The first product collection from Simba Dickie is scheduled to hit select European markets later this year, followed by a wider launch in the first quarter of 2025.

Dan Dee International has been slated to manufacture a range of seasonal Care Bears plush products for the North American market.
The Dan Dee x Care Bears plush collection will begin to launch across the U.S. and Canada in early 2025.

Grupo Ruz has signed on to design and manufacture a licensed Care Bears plush and toy collection for the Mexican market.
The Care Bears products from Grupo Ruz are scheduled to launch later this year at retailers throughout Mexico.
“We are thrilled to expand the Care Bears universe with Ruz’s unique and creative plush products,” said Grupo Ruz director, Adriana Miranda Gutiérrez. “Their designs will bring a fresh and exciting dimension to our range, delighting fans of all ages.”
These new collaborative licensing partnerships are part of Cloudco Entertainment’s ongoing initiative to expand the Care Bears brand to reach additional retail markets and consumer demographics.
