Crocs has promoted Rupert Campbell to serve on the company’s executive leadership team as the EVP and president of the HEYDUDE brand.
HEYDUDE is a comfort-focused footwear brand that has operated as a stand-alone division of Crocs since it was acquired by the company in 2021.
Known for its super soft shoe designs, HEYDUDE has gained a loyal fanbase and social media following through its licensing collaborations with content creators, online influencers and pop-culture brands.
“Rupert has proven to be an instrumental part of the HEYDUDE leadership team driving global strategy and execution end-to-end across all parts of our HEYDUDE business,” said Crocs CEO, Andrew Rees. “On behalf of the board of directors and our leadership team, we are excited to welcome Rupert into this new role and are confident that he will guide the HEYDUDE business to long-term, scalable global growth.”

Campbell first joined Crocs in March 2025 as the SVP and chief commercial officer for its HEYDUDE division.
In his new role as EVP and brand president, he will now be responsible for managing all elements of HEYDUDE’s global product development, marketing initiatives and commercial strategies.
Prior to joining Crocs, Rupert Campbell worked at Adidas for 10 years in leadership positions across several international regions.
Most recently, he served as the president of Adidas North America where he led a team of more than 10,000 employees.
“I’m honored for the opportunity to expand my role within the HEYDUDE brand and ignite the next phase of our journey,” said Campbell. “The HEYDUDE team is incredibly talented and passionate, and I know that with our collaboration, creativity, and passion, we will turn our strategy into reality while deepening the connection to our consumers.”
Crocs is a casual footwear company that distributes its products in over 85 countries through both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
