Fisher-Price and ITV Studios have joined forces to bring consumers the most stylish Little People Collector Set of all time, featuring the Rose family from Schitt’s Creek.
The underdog Emmy winner and Netflix hit tells the story of a wealthy video game store tycoon, Johnny Rose, who gets caught up in an embezzlement scandal, and loses his entire fortune … except for one thing. It turns out Johnny bought an entire town named Schitt’s Creek as a joke, and it’s the only thing he and his entitled family have left.
Now living in a motel, the spoiled rotten Rose family have to adapt to living without money … and along the way, their riches to rags story teaches them about things with real value, like love, friendship, and community.

Schitt’s Creek was born after Dan Levy, who played the part of the family’s bi-curious, self-centred son David, was wondering what the super-rich would do if they lost all their money. His father, the well known comic actor Eugene Levy, loved the idea, and they produced the show with Not a Real Company Productions and the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation).
Levy brought in his old friend and fellow Second City alumni Catherine O’Hara, son Dan as David, and breakout star actress Annie Murphy as spaced out, partying daughter Alexis, as well as an eccentric cast of villagers from Schitt’s Creek. Levy himself played the role of Johnny, whose misdeeds got his family into the mess, and who is desperately determined to find a way out of Schitt’s Creek and back to a life of wealth and leisure.
The mixture turned out to be explosively funny. The show started off as a Canadian hit airing on CBC, but when it was picked up by Netflix, an international audience adopted the zany Rose family as their own, and it became one of the most watched, and best reviewed, shows on television, winning multiple awards in Canada, the US and internationally. For is sixth and final season, Schitt’s Creek swept all seven major comedy awards at the Prime Time Emmys. It was the first time a comedy or drama series received all seven awards. It set records for winning all four major acting categories for O’Hara, Murphy and both Levys, a first for a comedy or drama series, and also for most Emmy wins by a comedy series in a single season.
The Little People set captures that craziness in miniature form, with the Rose family being shrunk down to 2.5-inch figures, much like their fortunes shrank in the show. Featuring creative packaging and design, the sets capture some of the best moments of the TV series. Fisher-Price says the team included several Easter eggs hidden within the collector’s set for fans to enjoy.
The licensed set is now available on Amazon.
