Guinness has partnered with the Last Crumb bakery for a licensed cookie collection inspired by the signature flavor of Guinness beer.
“We’ve always believed the best part of the holidays isn’t what’s on the table but who’s around it,” said Guinness director, Karissa Downer. “Partnering with Last Crumb lets us turn that idea into something everyone can share – a pint, a cookie and a holiday celebration that’s full of flavor. Together, we’ve created a new kind of holiday ritual, one that’s all about enjoying something special with your friends and family.”
Featuring six cookies in total, the collection offers three varieties baked with Guinness as a key ingredient and three Last Crumb classics that pair well with the beer brand.
The three Guinness-infused offerings include a chocolate chip Pub Cookie, a Not Your Nan’s sticky toffee cookie and a Twist & Stout chocolate raspberry cookie.
For the Last Crumb classics, the brand has included a banana cream pie cookie called The Barrel Roll, a Peanut Butter Guinness Time and a Midnight Snack birthday cake cookie.
“This is easily one of the top collabs we’ve ever worked on,” said Last Crumb founder, Derek Jaeger. “Guinness has such a great flavor profile to use as a base for cookies, we immediately knew one flavor would not do the collaboration justice. We set out to create three iconic flavors, using different ingredients that pair exceptionally with Guinness. From dark chocolate, to raspberries, to dates and toffee, we wanted to create an unique experience with each cookie,” added Jaeger. “Every bite can also be accentuated with a cold Guinness, and that is exactly how we recommend the cookies be enjoyed!”
The first limited-edition release of the collection began shipping on November 24 and two more restocks are scheduled for December 2 and December 16, 2025.
Each order includes six handcrafted cookies, a collectible holiday tin and two 16 oz Guinness glasses.
To further promote the collection, the brand will be hosting a Holiday Pop-Up bar in Las Vegas on December 5 and 6 called The Chilly Toucan.
Guests at The Chilly Toucan will be offered tiny pints with tiny versions of the licensed treats.
Last Crumb is a luxury cookie brand that launched in 2021 with weekly, limited-edition drops.
