Wellful, Inc. has added the nutrition and weight management brand Jenny Craig to its portfolio of health & wellness brands.
“The Jenny Craig brand is a wonderful addition to Wellful’s collection of proven health and wellness brands” said Wellful CEO, Brandon Adcock. “Over the last 40 years, Jenny Craig has been committed to helping people lose weight and live healthier lives, and this acquisition not only reaffirms, but strengthens, that commitment.
“The Wellful platform is comprised of brands that help consumers achieve clinically validated outcomes,” Adcock explains. “Simply put, consumers come to us to achieve their goals and they expect results. We couldn’t be more excited to bring that same experience to past and future Jenny Craig customers.”
Wellful plans to relaunch the Jenny Craig brand with a direct-to-consumer delivery model that includes the same food products and personalized coaching that the Jenny Craig brand previously offered.

While Wellful also owns Nutrisystem, one of the best known brands in proven weight loss, Jenny Craig will be managed separately as an independent brand within Wellful.
Wellful is a health-focused company that offers products, tech, and wellness solutions through direct-to-consumer, e-commerce and omnichannel distribution channels.
In addition to Jenny Craig, Wellful’s brand portfolio includes Peptiva, Instaflex, Nugenix, Super Beta Prostate, Dr. Sinatra, and Nutrisystem.
Wellful, Inc. is owned by Kainos Capital, a private equity firm that focuses on the North American food and consumer goods market.
The direct-to-consumer relaunch of the Jenny Craig brand is expected to occur during the fall of 2023.
