The premium cold weather accessories manufacturer, Forever Fashion, has entered into a licensing agreement with kathy ireland Worldwide (kiWW).
Forever Fashion CEO Isaac Levy says the partners will develop a wide-ranging assortment of kathy ireland® winter accessories products including ponchos, ruanas, kimonos, scarves, hats, headbands, gloves, and earmuffs.
The deal combines Forever Fashion’s high reputation for quality and value, with kathy ireland’s powerful brand. kiWW was ranked as the world’s 19th most successful brand according to License Global, and by the fashion publication WWD as “the most valuable woman-owned licensing company in American history.”
“We are thrilled and honored to work alongside Kathy and the team at kiWW,” said Levy. “When choosing a business partner, it is of utmost importance to Forever Fashion to be aligned on core values, vision and goals. We are grateful to have found all of these with this partnership.
“Kathy is a fashion icon and one of the most successful female entrepreneurs and philanthropists of our time,” he added. “It is a privilege to work with Kathy and kiWW’s incredibly talented creative team.”
The licensing deal was brokered by Starwood Brands, a brand licensing agency that represents top-tier manufacturers in their licensing partnerships.
“We are grateful to our fashion leader Lee Mandelbaum and Starwood Brands’ David Gindi for introducing us to Fashion Forever,” said Ireland, who is the company’s CEO and Chief Designer. “Forever Fashion is an extraordinary company. We are looking forward to collaborating with Mr. Levy and his entire team of talented professionals in designing quality, on trend winter accessories, for our customers to enjoy and keep warm with for a long time.“
