Kraft Heinz and Taco Bell have launched licensed Taco Bell at Home cooking kits based on the Crunchwrap Supreme and Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla.
The Crunchwrap Supreme and Chicken Quesadilla Craving Kits were inspired by a fan-driven social media movement that involved attempts to create home-cooked versions of Taco Bell menu items. This Taco Bell-themed viral video craze has garnered more than 50 million views on TikTok as of December 2023.
“Our release of the Cravings Kits – the first of several Taco Bell at Home innovations planned for this year – is a great example of how Kraft Heinz is delivering against its goal to lead the future of food,” said Kraft Heinz VP, Alan Kleinerman. “As we kick off 2024, we’re focused on finding the white spaces at retail where we can make an impact for fans and develop products we know they will be excited to try. Our partnership with Taco Bell is a great example of this.”
The licensed Taco Bell at Home Cravings Kits feature four servings of proprietary Taco Bell restaurant ingredients such as sauces and seasonings from the popular Crunchwrap Supreme and Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla menu items.
The Craving Kits are the latest offerings from Kraft Heinz’s Taco Bell at Home product line that is designed to make it easier for fans to recreate and personalize Taco Bell recipes.
“A partnership founded on a mutual obsession with their consumers, Kraft Heinz and Taco Bell created the Taco Bell at Home line to bring signature and crave worthy Taco Bell offerings and flavors straight to the grocery aisle and allow fans to make Taco Bell their way,” said Taco Bell at Home director, Danielle Coopersmith. “Grounded in this core mission, our innovation strategy focuses on creating new products inspired by beloved Taco Bell classics that encourage fans to customize their at-home creations and take them to new heights.”
The licensed Crunchwrap Supreme and Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla Cravings Kits are rolling out exclusively on Walmart’s e-commerce platform and Walmart retail stores across the United States.
The new Craving Kits join a growing portfolio of Kraft Heinz products that are intended to make it possible to bring the Taco Bell culinary experience to the home.
Taco Bell is a registered trademark that is owned and licensed by the Taco Bell IP Holder.
