Princess Sam Consumer Products has appointed two additional licensing agents for its Tara Duncan IP in key territories in Europe.
The Tara Duncan brand was created by author and Princess Sam CEO, Sophie Audouin-Mamikonian as a series of fantasy adventure novels.
Tara Duncan follows a magical girl from Earth who discovers she is heir to the throne of the Meme empire of the planet, Otherworld. The CG-animated Tara Duncan TV series has been sold to broadcasters in more than eighty countries across the globe.
“As viewer figures and the number of broadcast agreements continue to rise we are moving quickly to appoint best-in-class licensing agents for Tara Duncan to meet growing consumer demand,” said Princess Sam CP head, Laurent Taieb. “We are therefore delighted to announce the appointments of bRAND-WARD and Consumer Product Connection—two highly respected names in their territories.”
bRAND-WARD Services has been selected to manage the Tara Duncan licensing programme in the UK.
bRAND-WARD Services is a UK-based licensing and IP consultation agency that specializes in managing kids’ and family-friendly IPs.

“I am very proud and happy that bRAND-WARD has been given the opportunity to work with Laurent Taieb and the team at Princess Sam Consumer Products,” said bRAND-WARD Services director, Jean-Philippe Randisi. “The enduring appeal of the Tara Duncan books is now going to take all screens and UK audiences by storm.”
Consumer Product Connection has been appointed to handle the property’s licensing program in both Spain and Portugal.
Consumer Product Connection is a full-service licensing and brand management agency that acts as a local agent in Spain and Portugal.
The agency specializes in services such as promotions, advertising, retail support, and cross-media campaigns.
“We are delighted to collaborate with Princess Sam Consumer Products and thrilled at having been chosen as its licensing agent for Iberia,” said Consumer Product Connection CEO, Julien Barbier. “It’s clear that both the brand and the show have enormous potential and we are convinced it will have a great broadcasting and consumer product success in Spain and Portugal.”
Princess Sam Entertainment Group recently appointed international distribution company Superights as the global distributor for the Tara Duncan TV series.
The company will represent worldwide rights distribution for the show, except in mainland China.
In addition to bRAND-WARD and Consumer Product Connection, the Maurizio Distefano Licensing (MDL) agency is the brand’s licensing representative in Italy.
Additional appointments for other regions are expected for the Tara Duncan IP in the near future.
