The venerable cookwear brand Revere Ware is bringing its line of durable cooking products to the Chinese market.
Brand owner Full Sail IP Partners says the expansion is being achieved through a licensing deal with Revere (Shanghai) Enterprise Development Ltd.
“Our alliance with Revere (Shanghai) Enterprise Development Limited is more than a business venture,” said Full Sail CEO Alan Kravetz. “It’s a bridge between cultures, uniting the timeless American legacy of Paul Revere with the dynamic future of global cuisine. We are embarking on a journey that celebrates our past while embracing the infinite possibilities of the future.”
Revere Ware’s origins date back to the famed American craftsman and rebel patriot Paul Revere, who is apparently as well known for cooking as for riding. The company itself was established in 1939 to bring new innovations combined with classic design to the kitchen. Revere Ware is known for its high-quality stainless steel cookware with distinctive copper bottoms, and it was among the first companies to bring the heat resistant Bakelite handles to market.
While the company continues to innovate, Revere Ware pots and pans were so ‘revered’ that the products have spawned an active collectors market.
“We are honored to be entrusted with the Revere name, a name synonymous with resilience and quality,” said Wang Haiyun, CEO of Revere (Shanghai) Enterprise Development. “This partnership is a testament to our shared vision of bringing unparalleled culinary tools to our customers, fostering a new standard of cooking experience that honors the Revere tradition.”
The partners predict the synergy between these two companies will deliver a culinary renaissance, blending centuries of American heritage with the innovation of tomorrow.
