Elmhurst 1925 is introducing a limited-edition Apple Pie Spice Blend to its seasonal plant-based beverage collection.
The collection will also include previously-released Pumpkin Spice Oat Creamer and OatNog seasonal beverages.
The new Apple Pie Spice Blend features a creamy oat-cashew base with notes of baked apple and buttery piecrust. The plant-based formula can be used as a dairy substitute in baking, lattes, cocktails and more.
“We’re thrilled to welcome back Pumpkin Spice Oat Creamer and OatNog™ and introduce our new Apple Pie Spice Seasonal Blend just in time for the fall and winter seasons,” said Elmhurst SD, Heba Mahmoud. “We believe that the fall and winter months are a time for cozy gatherings and indulgent treats – so we set out to craft better-for-your, clean-label takes on holiday classics, giving plant-based and vegan consumers permission to indulge without the added sugar or junk ingredients. We are excited to bring back some fan-favorite seasonal offerings and introduce the unique and nostalgic flavor experience of our Apple Pie Spice Seasonal Blend,” added Mahmoud. All deliver the specialty coffee experiences consumers love, without any of the sugary syrups, gums or oils they’ll find in most products.”
The limited-edition Apple Pie Spice Blend, OatNog and Pumpkin Spice Oat Creamer beverage line is available for purchase in select U.S. grocery stores, as well as the official Elmhurst 1925 website and Amazon.com.
Originally founded as a dairy company in 1925, Elmhurst switched to producing plant-based dairy substitutes in 2017.
All of the company’s plant-based milk products are created through its patented HydroRelease method, which uses water to separate and recombine raw nuts, grains, and seeds to form smooth, creamy beverages.
This HydroRelease technology upcycles any waste byproducts into renewable energy and uses 100% hydroelectric power.
