The Licensing Letter – Single Membership
Member Terms and Conditions
1. Access
By purchasing a Membership to The Licensing Letter, (company name) agrees to be bound by the Member Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Member Terms and Conditions, discontinue use of The Licensing Letter immediately and contact us at 1-888-729-2315 or customerservice@Plain Language Media, LLLP.com
2. Agreement
Plain Language Media, LLLP grants (company name) nonexclusive and nontransferable worldwide license to access The Licensing Letter for personal professional use at your location only. Your license allow you to incorporate content in work you personally author at the site where you are physically located. If you have information needs which are not met by the terms of this Member terms and conditions, please contact us at 1-888-729-2315. We will work with you to see that you have the access you need.
Allowing individuals who are not licensed under this agreement to view the contents of The Licensing Letter, or making The Licensing Letter available to other locations, is in violation of this Member terms and conditions. You must obtain prior written permission from Plain Language Media, LLLP in order to use any material from The Licensing Letter for commercial use (e.g., downloading, posting of a file, onward online or offline distribution, or printing to resell or distribute).
You may not make The Licensing Letter available on a network, including without limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web, or in any way provide the licensed material to multiple users or to multiple sites, unless you have first purchased a multiuser workstation license from Plain Language Media, LLLP. Multiple-user site licenses can be obtained by calling 1-888-729-2315.
3. Term and Effective Date
This Member Terms and Conditions become effective when you indicate acceptance of the Member Terms and Conditions terms by purchasing a membership. Continued access to The Licensing Letter is subject to payment of the Membership Fee to Plain Language Media, LLLP. The term of the Membership is three (3) or twelve (12) months and shall commence at the beginning of the Membership Period, and shall renew automatically for three (3) or twelve (12) month periods, unless you notify Plain Language Media, LLLP that you do not want to renew your Membership.
4. Copyright
Plain Language Media, LLLP holds the copyright for all materials published in The Licensing Letter, as a compilation and as to the individual components, collectively and individually, unless otherwise expressly noted. You may not remove or alter Plain Language Media, LLLP’s copyright notices or other means of identification of disclaimers as they appear in The Licensing Letter. All use of the The Licensing Letter content is subject to applicable copyright law, and reproduction of content is allowed only as permitted in this Member terms and conditions. Plain Language Media, LLLP reserves the right at any time to withdraw from The Licensing Letter any item or part of an item for which it no longer retains the right to publish, or which it has reasonable grounds to believe infringes copyright or is defamatory, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.
