TreImage LLC and ByFrog Co. have formed a strategic alliance to expand their licensing and entertainment business across North America and Latin America.
The partnership aims to leverage both companies’ strengths in brand licensing, live entertainment, and strategic business development.
As part of this collaboration, ByFrog Co. is launching its Location-Based Entertainment division, incorporating new brands and developing entertainment projects for both its existing clients and those of TreImage.
ByFrog Co. will also license TreImage’s brands and celebrity roster in Brazil, while producing live shows and musical performances across the continent in cooperation with key industry collaborators. In return, TreImage will oversee business opportunities for ByFrog Co. in the U.S. and Canada.
