Who’s News: Falcon’s Creative Group Names Mitchell Magill as President

November 6, 2025

The location-based entertainment company Falcon’s Creative Group has just appointed Mitchell Magill as its new president.

Falcon’s Creative Group is a division Falcon’s Beyond Global, Inc., which has grown rapidly as a designer of theme parks and branded experiential entertainment.

Magill will now oversee FCG’s strategic, creative, and operational direction, guiding growth and innovation across the strategy, development, and manage the delivery of themed experiences and destination projects worldwide.

Mitchell brings a great deal of experience to the role. He has amassed more than 20 years of experience leading teams in developing and delivering world-class theme parks, attractions, live entertainment productions, and immersive experiences.

That includes his work with top experiential brands like Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Royal Caribbean, and Princess Cruises.

Recently, Magill served as Corporate Director of Creative Experiences and Entertainment for Global Theme Park Development at United Parks & Resorts. FCG says Magill played a pivotal role in the creation of SeaWorld Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, one of the world’s most ambitious entertainment destinations.

That makes him a very good fit for Falcon’s, which is also working extensively in the Middle East, including some of the world’s most ambitious theme park projects in Saudi Arabia, and a number of other projects around the world, from a Dragon Ball theme park in Japan to theme parks in a Caribbean all-inclusive resort.

“Mitchell is a rare talent and inspiring creative leader with a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise that will elevate our work to new heights,” said Cecil D. Magpuri, Chief Executive Officer of Falcon’s Beyond. “His ability to unite teams around bold ideas and deliver transformative experiences makes him the perfect fit to lead our creative studio.”

Magpuri says Mitchell specializes in guiding cross-functional teams through every phase of the creative process, from blue sky ideation to opening day and beyond.

As President of Falcon’s Creative Group, Mitchell is expected to leverage his deep experience to lead key client relationships, guide creative and business development initiatives, and champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and creative integrity.

“Falcon’s Creative Group has long been a beacon of innovation and storytelling excellence in our industry,” said Mitchell Magill. “I’m honored to join this extraordinary team and help shape the future of immersive experiences that inspire wonder, connection, and imagination around the world.”

Mitchell joins Falcon’s Creative Group during a period of rapid global growth, thanks to its participation in key projects in the Middle East.

Falcon’s recently announced its collaboration with New Murabba Development Company as the Creative Lead Advisor for The Mukaab and its surrounding district.

Falcon’s also previously announced other master planning and design projects with the Qiddiya Investment Company, focused on creating a first-of-its-kind entertainment destination for Qiddiya City, the world’s first city built for play near Riyadh, Saudi  Arabia.
