Children’s entertainment brand Studio 100 Media has appointed Alexandros Visentin as the company’s new business development manager.
Visentin will be responsible for leading Studio 100 Media’s apparel division and expanding the reach of the company’s core brands and third-party licensing rights.
”With Alexandros, we are gaining a young, innovative and well-connected colleague who has learned licensing from scratch,” said Studio 100’s Joachim Knödler.
“He brings not only the competence, but also the strategic thinking and dynamism to drive our operational business forward in a fast-moving environment.”
Alexandros previously worked at Bavaria Media, where he was the licensing sales manager for brand rights in the categories of fashion, home, accessories and direct-to-retail. He was also in charge of the international sub-agent network for the Playmobil brand.
Prior to his time at Bavaria, Visentin was sales manager at the UK-based music publisher, Audio Network. As sales manager at Audio Network, Alexandros worked to expand the company’s business in German-speaking countries.
Studio 100 Media is an international production, brand licensing, and distribution company for children and family entertainment. Studio 100 Media’s brand portfolio includes Maya the Bee, Heidi, Vic the Viking and more. The company is a subsidiary of the Belgium-based Studio 100 Group.
