WildBrain CPLG is restructuring its senior leadership team to focus the licensing agency’s management expertise across key global territories, partnerships, finance and operations.
The newly restructured senior leadership team includes four promotions and appointments across the company’s international operations and licensing business.
“Through the hard work of our teams across the globe over the past two years, WildBrain CPLG has grown into new territories, developed new business offerings for partners and strengthened our overall back-office capabilities,” said WildBrain EVP, Maarten Weck. “As we continue our mission to be a top licensing partner for brands worldwide, now is the ideal time to focus our collective strength on the opportunities ahead.”
Based in Wildbrain CPLG’s Amsterdam location, Meike de Vaere has been promoted to SVP of partnerships & business development.
In her role as SVP, Meike de Vaere will lead a team of experts to develop and expand Wildbrain CPLG’s existing partnerships with new licensing opportunities, as well as secure additional business prospects for the company.
This includes overseeing WildBrain’s Youtube focused partnerships alongside the agency’s EVP of audience engagement, Kate Smith.
Located in Wildbrain CPLG’s London office, Clare Vosper Mortimer has taken on the role of VP of finance & operations for the agency.
In this role, Mortimer is responsible for leading a global team as they develop financial services and in-house operational capabilities to better support Wildbrain’s partners.
Pau Pascual and Ben Peace have both been appointed to the role of SVP of commercial for their designated regions.
Based in Barcelona, Pascual will be responsible for overseeing Wildbrain CPLG’s commercial licensing teams and activities across North America, Europe, South America and the UK.
Located in Singapore, Peace will provide expertise and oversight for the agency’s commercial licensing teams throughout the Asia-Pacific, MENA and India.
“Pau, Ben, Meike and Clare have strong track records as leaders of people and strategic thinkers in our business,” added Weck. “I have every confidence in their abilities, and I look forward to continuing our work together to drive our next phase of growth.”
The announcement of this corporate restructuring follows a period of rapid expansion for the WildBrain CPLG agency.
This expansion saw the company extend into additional regions across the globe and offer new services to its clients and partners in areas such as licensing, location-based entertainment and back-office capabilities.
