Wyncor to Release ‘Kwaaks!’ Plush for Peppa Pig, Transformers and My Little Pony

September 21, 2025

Toy company Wyncor has entered into a new licensing agreement with Hasbro to create a special Kwaaks! plush range inspired by three of Hasbro’s most enduring franchises.

Under the agreement, Wyncor will produce and distribute new plush toys based on Peppa Pig, Transformers, and My Little Pony.

The new collection is scheduled to hit shelves early next year, with four different versions of Kwaaks! plush ducks developed for each brand.

Known for their playful mix of humor, cuteness and fashion, Kwaaks! feature plush bodies topped with rubber beaks and can be accessorized with add-ons, creating a collectible line that has quickly gained traction in the global toy market.

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Hasbro on this exciting new range,” said Julian Jacob, founder and CEO of Wyncor. “Peppa Pig, Transformers, and My Little Pony are some of the most iconic brands in the world, and we couldn’t be happier to reimagine them through the playful, collectible world of the Kwaaks.

“This licensing agreement reflects the power of our innovation model and the incredible momentum Kwaaks has achieved in such a short time.”

The partnership also highlights Hasbro’s strategy to leverage its intellectual property through collaborations with innovative partners, while also showcasing Wyncor’s emergence as a disruptive force in the industry.

Founded in 2022, Wyncor has grown rapidly by positioning itself as what Jacob calls a “toystech” company; an approach that combines digital-era speed and scalability with traditional toy innovation.

Wyncor’s model enables the company to design, manufacture, and distribute products without traditional inventory, giving it the flexibility to respond to trends more quickly than competitors.

That strategy has helped propel the success of globally patented products such as Miraball Pat’ Patrouille, Kwaaks!, and Peppa Pig collectibles, which are now available in more than 40 countries and over 20,000 stores worldwide.

The company operates across the United States, Europe, China, and Latin America, with teams working to expand its licensing, media, and gaming portfolio.

In addition to Hasbro, Wyncor partners with Paramount and the Emoji Company to produce toys based on brands such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants, Monopoly, and Dungeons & Dragons.

Wyncor Now Moving into Entertainment Sector
The Kwaaks! announcement comes as Wyncor prepares to broaden its reach beyond toys. At this year’s MIPCOM market in Cannes, Wyncor Media will make its official debut, showcasing plans to turn toy lines into animated and live-action series, digital shorts, mobile games, and immersive formats designed for a generation of digitally native children and families.

Erick Rouillé was recently appointed vice president of global distribution for the new Wyncor Media division. Its first slate of projects will spotlight Kwaaks!, signaling Wyncor’s ambition to transform its collectibles into cross-platform entertainment brands.
