Cookbook Media to Guide ChuChu TV Expansion in North America

ChuChu TV has appointed Cookbook Media as the brand’s content and consumer products representative across North America.

While not yet that well known in North America, ChuChu TV is among the world’s most viewed YouTube channels for preschoolers, an entertainment sector that has seen incredible growth over the past decade.

Founded in 2013, ChuChu TV has grown from offering simple nursery rhymes and animated songs, into one of the world’s most trusted and watched preschool offerings on YouTube.

ChuChu TV was founded and is headquartered in the city of Chennai in India, a country known for its vast television and film production capacity.

The company’s mission is to “Spread Goodness Among Children” through its engaging and educational content, which is created by a collaborative team of parents, early childhood education experts, writers, artists, animators, and musicians, who work together to create high-quality, culturally relevant songs and stories that entertain while fostering early learning.

ChuChu TV now boasts more than 175 million subscribers and billions of views across its multiple YouTube channels. Its flagship channel consistently ranks among the top 10 most-viewed channels on the YouTube platform worldwide.

Cookbook Media says that, with a devoted fanbase of young viewers and families, ChuChu TV has transcended its digital roots to become a global preschool entertainment powerhouse.

Having established itself as a large and growing global brand, ChuChu TV is now working with Cookbook Media to expand its opportunities in content sales and licensing, including in publishing, toys, consumer products, live entertainment, gaming, and digital products.

Beyond the screen, Cookbook will develop new business opportunities across consumer products, brand collaborations, retail partnerships, experiential venues, and other franchise partners in North America, while laying the foundation for expansion into additional international markets.

Cookbook Media will also represent ChuChu TV at all major sales markets, including the upcoming MIPCOM market this October.
