Award-winning gaming chair specialist Secretlab has announced its latest partnership with Fortnite to launch the Secretlab Fortnite Collection.
Known for its technological innovations and ergonomics, Secretlab has partnered with Fortnite in a deal facilitated by IMG, to release the Secretlab Fortnite Battle Bus Edition gaming chair.
The chair was created by Epic Games and Secretlab designers and includes the award-winning features of the Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022. The Secretlab Fortnite Collection is made complete with three Secretlab Memory Foam Fortnite Edition lumbar pillows.
“Fortnite is known for partnering with some of the biggest names across gaming and pop culture, and it’s insane to be joining that epic roster,” said Alaric Choo, co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Secretlab.
“Together with Epic Games’ designers, we experimented with numerous art styles before landing on the final design. Combined with fan-favorite elements from Fortnite, players now have the most comfortable fight for Victory Royale.”
Upholstered in Secretlab NEO Hybrid Leatherette and dotted with intricate embroidery for a pop-art effect, the chair’s unique design features an exclusive illustration of the iconic Battle Bus embroidered on the backrest. It is set against a dark purple palette reminiscent of The Storm in Fortnite, and adorned with an embossed Fortnite logo at the top of the backrest.
Each chair comes equipped with a Digital Unlock Code for Fortnite, redeemable for the in-game Chipset Wrap for players’ gaming experience.
Since its launch in 2017, Fortnite has become the world’s most popular social entertainment platform with more than 400 million registered players. Its colorful yet simple graphics, interesting characters, and novel gameplay quickly turned it into a global phenomenon with a massive fan base.
Similar to Fortnite, Secretlab has gained popularity over the years with its licensing collaborations with pop culture icons like DC Comics and Game of Thrones, as well as some of the biggest AAA games such as Assassin’s Creed and The Witcher.
Established in 2014, Secretlab’s award-winning chairs are the top choice of the world’s premier gaming tournaments, championship-winning teams and over 2,000,000 users worldwide.
IMG, which brokered the deal, is a global leader in sports, fashion, events and media.
