Kidz Bop Brings Licensed Fashion with Character and Aykroyd

January 12, 2026

Kidz Bop has partnered with Aykroyd and Sons and Character.com to launch a licensed fashion collection in the UK market.

The licensing partnership was brokered by the Bulldog Licensing agency on behalf of the Kidz Bop brand.

“KIDZ BOP is all about confidence, self-expression and fun,” said Kidz Bop marketing SVP, Jackie Turner. “These new styles let kids bring that pop star feeling into their everyday lives.”

Developed by the Aykroyd and Sons apparel company, the licensed collection will feature a range of t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets in a variety of children’s clothing sizes.

The collection will launch in stores and online at Character.com beginning in January 2026 to coincide with the release of the brand’s new album, Kidz Bop 52.

“The continuing success of the KIDZ BOP brand has made awareness higher than ever across multiple markets and, of course, the UK is one of the biggest,” said Aykroyds licensing head, Robyn Cowling. “That’s why we’re thrilled to be taking the brand to market on a fabulous new clothing range alongside a major name in Character apparel retail as the buzz builds around the new album.”

The collection will be promoted by the retail company through a range of digital activations and in-store events to celebrate the release of the new album.

These promotional events will include special guest appearances at select stores by the Kidz Bop Kids themselves.

“Kidz Bop is a brand bursting with fun, confidence and energy – qualities we know our customers love,” said Character.com brand manager, Emma Wilkins. “We’re incredibly excited to be the exclusive home of this fun new apparel range and to help bring the launch of Kidz Bop’s latest album release to life with our in-store events and bespoke digital content,” added Wilkins. “At Character.com, we’re all about celebrating the things kids are passionate about, and this partnership is the perfect match.”

In addition to this promotional content, the items from the collection will be worn by the Kidz Bop stars in several of their official music videos.

“This exclusive range of distinctive, high-quality Kidz Bop t-shirts, hoodies and jackets promises to be wildly popular—not least as part of the showcase for KIDZ BOP’s new album,” said Bulldog retail licensing manager, Laury Howat. “From our first meeting in Swansea, it was clear that the Character.com team were as excited about this opportunity as we are, and they have backed it to the hilt. We’re thrilled to have market leaders Aykroyds and Character.com on board to bring the magic of KIDZ BOP into UK children’s wardrobes,” added Howat. “This isn’t just an apparel launch—it’s an event!”

Going forward, Bulldog will be seeking additional UK licensees for the brand across key categories such as apparel, video games, gifts, toys and accessories.

KIDZ BOP is a family-friendly music brand that features pop song covers and original music that is sung by children.

Since its debut in 2001, the brand has sold more than 24 million albums and generated over 11 billion streams on online platforms worldwide.

Bulldog Licensing is a European brand management agency that works with its clients to develop comprehensive consumer products programs for the international and domestic markets.
