MGA Entertainment’s Bratz fashion doll brand is partnering with Kylie Jenner for a line of limited-edition Bratz x Kylie Collectibles.
The new licensed Kylie Jenner collection marks the first time that a celebrity has been featured as a Bratz doll.
“This is a seminal moment in Bratz history to join forces with Kylie Jenner as the brand’s first-ever celebrity collaboration,” said Bratz Creative Director, Jasmin Larian. “Kylie truly embodies everything Bratz has stood for since its inception 22 years ago—from being disruptive and rebellious to energetic and expressive. Not only will this collaboration expand to Kylie’s millions of fans, but it will also reach the audiences that grew up with Bratz and are excited to relive the Y2K Bratz lifestyle today. We couldn’t be prouder to welcome Kylie into the Bratz family.”
The first collection to launch for the collaboration is a line of Mini Bratz x Kylie Collectibles. The licensed Mini Bratz Collectibles line includes six Kylie Jenner Mini Bratz figures that come with an accessory inspired by Kylie’s life. The accessories include items such as a cruiser that features Kylie’s signature across the side, a miniaturized version of Kylie’s Italian greyhound pup Norman, and more.
The packaging for the Mini Bratz x Kylie Collectibles includes two distinct blind foil-wrapped designs adorned with a revamped image of the Bratz trapezoid.
“I have been a fan of Bratz since childhood and I’ve always wanted my own Bratz doll,” said Kylie Jenner. “I have loved every step of the process this past year in creating these dolls alongside the Bratz team. I’m so excited they are here!”
Additional Bratz x Kylie fashion dolls are expected to launch this Fall with pre-orders available beginning on Sept.1, 2023. The official social media pages for the Bratz fashion doll brand will release more information on upcoming Kylie Jenner products as it becomes available.
“We’ve been hard at work with Kylie and her team to ensure the dolls are as authentic and meticulously designed as possible,” said Bratz art director, Chelsea Green. “With both Bratz and Kylie at the helm, we knew the collections had to exude authenticity.”
The Mini Bratz x Kylie Collectibles launched on Aug. 1 and are currently available for purchase online and in-stores at select Walmart, Amazon, Target, Macy’s and Walgreens worldwide, in addition to the official Bratz website.
Since its initial release in 2001, the Bratz brand has expanded to include numerous licensing collaborations that has allowed the brand to enter new categories such as apparel, accessories and beauty products.
Bratz is owned by the privately-held toy and entertainment company MGA Entertainment.
