Miraculous Corp has announced multiple activations across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and India for the Miraculous franchise.
The new Miraculous licensing activations in the Middle East and Africa was launched in response to a significant increase in viewership throughout the regions.
The activations span a range of categories including live events, back-to-school products, food, beverage, apparel, and digital activations.
To organize the launch, Miraculous Corp renewed its agreement with Spacetoon in the Middle East for Miraculous mall events, live shows, and ‘meet & greets’ across the region, in addition to a wide range of summer and back-to-school products.
“With its rich tapestry of cultures and languages, the Middle East, Africa, Greece, Turkey and India have embraced Miraculous with enthusiasm,” said Miraculous Corp VP, Carlotta Caracciolo. “The series blends action, adventure, and positive messages that have struck a chord with viewers, making it a household name, and to cater to our growing fanbase, we are launching a wide range of events and products tailored to these markets. These includes back-to-school items, apparel, and food and beverages.”

In collaboration with Spacetoon, superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir will appear at two live events this summer: the second annual Qatar Toy Festival at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), and the inaugural Bahrain Toy Festival, which will run for five weeks.
In Qatar, the event will include a ball pit, an obstacle course and official character meet & greets. The themed activity corner will feature recreations of the Eiffel Tower and the bakery owned by Marinette’s family, which appear in the Miraculous TV series.
The Bahrain Toy Festival will feature an imagination playground. The event is organized in conjunction with the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) and Al Dana Ampitheatre.
For food and beverage activations, Herfy, a fast-food chain in the Middle East, is launching a Miraculous ‘Chibi’ kids Happy Meal program which features an augmented-reality dining experience. Utilizing a smart phone and 3D digital toys, a recreation of the Miraculous Chibi World in Paris featuring pop-up buildings and moving characters is revealed to participating consumers.
In addition, a Turkish dairy brand İçim has launched a licensed milkshake range available in four different Miraculous designs with strawberry and banana flavors. The deal was brokered by Selen Saban from the Lisans licensing and marketing agency.
“İçim Miraculous Milkshakes not only offer a deliciously entertaining product for kids but also make the Back-to-School period miraculous.” said Lisans A.Ş deputy GM, Selen Saban.
The İçim-branded products have already soft-launched on the retail market and the program will be backed by a national advertising campaign, sales-boosting activities with key retailers, digital activations and social media visibility beginning in September 2024.
A line of oral care products will also be released in Turkey from the Banat toothbrush brand.
A collection of frozen meals will soon be available from SAI GROUP Kandiz across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia, as well as the UK. Initial offerings include spaghetti bolognese, shepherd’s pie, and tomato mascarpone spaghetti which will be available at retail stores this November, with more meals in development.

A range of party supplies by sustainable party goods manufacturer Procos will be launched across the Middle East, Europe and the United States. The launch includes a variety of cups, plates, napkins, cake toppers, balloons, masks and party invitations.
In India, both Striders and SKI Plastorware have signed on for back-to-school products featuring Miraculous. Striders has already launched a range of backpacks at Hamley retail locations. SKI Plastoware will be debuting a range of lunch boxes, water bottles and pencil boxes.
Owned by Dhananjai Lifestyle, the ETeenz apparel brand is launching a licensed apparel range for the Miraculous franchise, which will be released throughout India.
In South Africa, the retail company Ackermans is launching a line of t-shirts, leggings and skirts from the apparel manufacturer Power House Clothing.
In addition to live events and physical products, Miraculous has expanded its online reach with the launch of dedicated YouTube channels in Arabic and Turkish.

Miraculous – Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir is a 3D-CGI-animated action-comedy series that follows the adventures of two teens with secret identities who magically transform into superheroes to protect Paris.
The media franchise has grown to encompass various comic books, novels, and video games. A film adaptation, Ladybug & Cat Noir: The Movie, was released theatrically in 2023 in France.
Miraculous – Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir is created by the ZAG animation studio and co-produced with Mediawan Kids & Family’s Method Animation division.
