Good news for Goo Jit Zu black belts around the world, as the popular game returns to Roblox for the holiday season.
Toymaker Moose Toys and metaverse experience creator Gamefam say they’re bringing the game back due to popular demand.
Goo Jit Zu is, of course based on the toy line from Moose Toys, and this new collaboration centers on the new animated series Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Meteor Madness on YouTube.
The gooey gaming experience will launch on Roblox on Saturday, October 11, 2025 with takeovers of Gamefam’s red hot Weapon Fighting Simulator and Untitled Fling Game.
Gamefam and Moose Toys’ upcoming collaboration also follows the blockbuster success of their Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Roblox event last year, which drove over 800 million minutes of gameplay.
The partners are upping the gooey goodness this year as the toy brand and its new show will be featured in themed games and quests within the Untitled Fling Game and Weapon Fighting Simulator. Combined, those games have generated over 735 million gameplay sessions to date and currently record 3 million gameplay sessions per week.

Moose Toys says that audience ensures major engagement with a critical Gen Alpha player base.
“Roblox continues to be a go-to media channel to introduce the Heroes of Goo Jit Zu and our animated show to our core Gen Alpha audience, especially ahead of the all-important holiday season,” said Katherine Resto, Senior Director of Media for Moose Toys. “Like we saw with last year’s campaign, Gamefam’s understanding of what resonates with players in the Roblox ecosystem is unmatched, from toys to shows.
“As younger generations spend more time gaming, our longstanding partnership with Gamefam continues to be invaluable.”
As Resto noted, last year’s event reeled in millions of fans for the Goo Jit Zu franchise, driving significant consumer interest in the toy line. Gaming data showed that more than 57% of players indicated they were more interested in purchasing Heroes of Goo Jit Zu toys than before the Roblox game takeover. That’s despite the fact nearly one-quarter of the player base having never heard of Heroes of Goo Jit Zu prior to the campaign.
The overall 2024 holiday program – which featured both Heroes of Goo Jit Zu and XOX Kweenies – became Roblox’s #1 multigame toy campaign at the time, with 32+ million combined gameplay sessions, and recently won the 2025 Digiday Award for Best Partnership.
“Moose Toys is a leader in innovation in the toy industry and their creative spirit has fueled tremendous success on Roblox,” said Ricardo Briceno, Chief Business Officer of Gamefam. “Together, we are rewriting the playbook on building buzz for toy brands in the lead up to the holidays, and driving measurably higher purchase intent and brand awareness.
“Entering its third and biggest year, our partnership proves that it is critical to reach the next generation right where they hang out, and that’s on Roblox.”
Gamefam says this year’s limited-time event will immerse players in a Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Meteor Madness-inspired cross-game quest involving duels with villains in Weapon Fighting Simulator, and flinging challenges featuring Goo Slingers within Untitled Fling Game.
With more than 50 games in its owned and operated network, Gamefam currently runs the #1 portfolio in metaverse gaming, with over 11 million average daily visits, 2.6 million average daily hours of gameplay and over 35 billion visits to date.
The activation within Weapon Fighting Simulator and Untitled Fling Game is available to play for free through Saturday, November 8 on Roblox via most platforms and devices, including consoles, PCs, mobile and tablets.
Several episodes of Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Meteor Madness are available to watch on YouTube, with more set to release soon.
