Hershey and Sprayground have released a licensed backpack based on the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup candy brand.
Sprayground is a streetwear fashion brand that designs high-quality backpacks, accessories, and apparel. Sprayground first captured worldwide attention when the ‘Hello My Name Is’ backpack debuted over 13 years ago. Sprayground founder, David BenDavid (aka DBD) had high hopes of creating a brand that he felt represented his childhood and upbringing. Exposed to streetwear, art and a variety of cultures from a young age, DBD took all this inspiration and turned it into creativity that is now admired worldwide.
The new collaborative backpack design combines the orange, yellow, and brown colorway of the Reese’s brand with Sprayground’s distinct shark mouth bite and the metal Sprayground Authentic badge.
Made using water-resistant Faux Leather fabric, the Reese’s shark bite backpack features adjustable straps, ergonomic mesh back padding, organizer pockets, and multiple storage compartments.
The rights to the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup candy brand is owned by The Hershey Company, a snack company that owns the rights to more than a hundred different brands with products distributed in about 80 countries worldwide.
Sprayground has a history of similar collaborations, such as the partnership that resulted in backpacks based on the Jolly Rancher franchise.
The Reese’s x Sprayground’s backpack is available online on the official Sprayground website and exclusive boutiques across the U.S.
