Wendy’s has partnered with Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) for a limited-edition Thin Mints Frosty menu item.
Available in chocolate and vanilla flavors, the licensed Frosty features a Thin Mints-inspired cookie crumble sauce that is swirled into the dessert and piled on the top.
“The friendship between Wendy’s and Girl Scouts of the USA is mint to be,” said Wendy’s chief marketing officer, Lindsay Radkoski. “By bringing together two iconic fan favorite flavors into a single spoonful, we’re delivering an exclusive, one-of-a-kind Frosty experience to connect with our Wendy’s fanbase and Girl Scout Cookie supporters alike.”
The new sweet treat launched at participating Wendy’s restaurants throughout the US in time for the National Girl Scout Cookie weekend.
In addition to the licensed Frosty, Wendy’s has signed on as a national boothing partner of the GSUSA with approximately 4,200 Wendy’s restaurants across the country preparing to host Girl Scouts booths throughout the cookie selling season.
“Seeing our iconic Thin Mints paired with Wendy’s Frosty is a testament to the power of the Cookie Program and millions of Girl Scouts who have made Thin Mints so popular,” said GSUSA chief revenue officer, Wendy Lou. “We are so thankful for the support from thousands of Wendy’s franchisees who are giving our girls the opportunity to have cookie booths at their restaurants where they can put their entrepreneurial prowess to use.”

Wendy’s restaurants began serving up the Thin Mints Frosty through the Wendy’s mobile app and US restaurants on February 21, 2025.
To further promote the limited-edition collaboration, Wendy’s has developed an exclusive Thin Mints Frosty Adventure interactive game that can be accessed through the Wendy’s mobile app.
Beginning February 24, customers will be able to play the interactive game for a chance to win daily food prizes and be entered into a special sweepstakes promotion.
The licensing partnership with Wendy’s was brokered by Earthbound Brands on behalf of Girl Scouts of the USA.
A division of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, GSUSA is a non-profit youth organization that teaches its members practical life skills through a wide range of programs and initiatives.
These programs include outdoor sporting activities, first aid training, community service initiatives, STEM education, camping, cookie sales and more.
Girl Scout Cookies in the US are currently produced by Little Brownie Bakers and ABC Bakers through an ongoing licensing agreement with GSUSA.
