Interparfums, Inc. is significantly expanding and extending its relationship with Authentic Brands Group through a series of long-term fragrance licensing agreements.
The separately signed deals cover three major brands within Authentic’s portfolio: Nautica, GUESS and David Beckham.
Collectively, the deals underscore Interparfums’ growing role as a strategic fragrance partner for Authentic-controlled brands, spanning lifestyle, fashion and celebrity-led properties with global reach.
The agreements include two new, exclusive 20-year worldwide fragrance licenses for Nautica and David Beckham, as well as a 15-year extension of Interparfums’ existing GUESS fragrance license, which now runs through the end of 2048.
Each deal positions Interparfums with full global responsibility for the creation, development, production and distribution of fragrances under the respective brand names, while also reinforcing Authentic’s strategy of consolidating key categories with proven operating partners.
Jean Madar, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Interparfums, said the trio of agreements reflects both the strength of the company’s fragrance platform and its long-standing relationship with Authentic Brands Group.
David Beckham Fragrance License
Interparfums’ new agreement with David Beckham grants the company exclusive, worldwide rights for Beckham-branded fragrances for a 20-year term. Interparfums will assume full global responsibility for the brand’s fragrance business effective April 1, 2028.
“We are delighted to collaborate with David Beckham, who embodies modern sophistication and timeless elegance shaped by determination, authenticity, and refined taste,” Madar said. “This milestone agreement further strengthens our relationship with Authentic Brands Group, the visionary company who co-owns and manages the David Beckham brand. Together, we will blend Beckham’s entrepreneurial influence with our fragrance expertise to inspire a richer world of style and self-expression through scent.”
Madar added that Interparfums plans to build on Beckham’s existing fragrance lines while developing a new signature fragrance targeted for release by the end of 2029. “Guided by our dedication to quality, innovation, and craftsmanship, we will strengthen the global presence of Beckham’s existing fragrance lines and plan to unveil a new signature fragrance by the end of 2029. We estimate that total annual sales will exceed $50 million in the first years under our management,” he said.
Jamie Salter, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Authentic Brands Group, said the partnership builds on Interparfums’ success with other Authentic-owned brands. “We are pleased to partner with Interparfums, whose strategic vision, operational excellence, and fragrance expertise are unmatched in the industry. With the incredible success they have achieved with GUESS fragrances, we’re confident they’ll bring the same level of creativity, quality, and long-term value to the Beckham brand,” Salter said.
David Beckham also welcomed the long-term partnership. “With their outstanding reputation for craftsmanship in fragrance, I’m delighted to announce my partnership with Interparfums to evolve my fragrances for the long-term,” Beckham said. “Together with their world-leading team, we will create products that are distinctive and timeless. I can’t wait to get started.”
Nautica Fragrance License

Interparfums has also entered into an exclusive, 20-year worldwide license agreement with global lifestyle brand Nautica, another Authentic-owned property. Under the agreement, Interparfums will take full global control of Nautica fragrances effective January 1, 2030.
“Nautica is world-renowned for bringing the inspiration of the sea to everyday style,” Madar said. “We are thrilled to collaborate with this global lifestyle brand to enrich their existing portfolio and develop new fragrances that channel the maritime spirit in a modern and accessible manner. We estimate that total annual sales of the Nautica fragrance portfolio will exceed $70 million in the first years under our management.”
Salter said Interparfums’ track record made the company a natural choice for the brand. “Interparfums has proven to be a wonderful partner, which is why we’ve entrusted them with multiple brands in our portfolio. They combine visionary thinking, operational excellence, and innovation to drive value and we look forward to collaborating on this next great adventure,” he said.
GUESS Fragrance License Extension

Rounding out the trio of announcements, Interparfums and GUESS?, Inc. agreed to a 15-year extension of their exclusive worldwide fragrance license, extending the total agreement length by 23 years through December 31, 2048.
“This extension underscores the enduring strength of our partnership with Guess?, Inc.,” Madar said. “Since joining our portfolio in 2018, we’ve launched several successful blockbuster scents, including Bella Vita and Uomo, and have built on the Seductive pillar.”
He added that recent launches, including the women’s Iconic fragrance in 2024 and its men’s counterpart in 2025, have performed strongly, with additional launches planned. “We look forward to continuing our successful partnership with Paul Marciano and with our new partner, Jamie Salter, Chairman and CEO of Authentic Brands Group,” Madar said.
Paul Marciano, Guess?, Inc. Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, said, “Interparfums has continually demonstrated outstanding expertise in managing the GUESS fragrance business, delivering innovative products that strengthen our market position.”
Salter echoed that sentiment, stating, “We are confident Interparfums will continue to deliver creativity, quality, and long-term value to GUESS fragrances.”
Together, the three agreements further solidify Interparfums’ position as a leading global fragrance licensee while highlighting Authentic Brands Group’s strategy of aligning its brands with long-term, category-specialist partners.
